Sometimes all that comes through is little jobs and if there are enough of those, and you are willing, I will email you a work order and you go do the project and have the homeowner sign the work order. You do not have to collect any money or anything. I will then pay you.
I typically quote a flat rate for all of my projects. It’s easier that way, and it prevents any dispute as to whether I am working too slowly or not. That said, You will always know in advance how much you will be paid for a project that you do.
So, this is new to me, so the way things are done is not complete yet, but as we move forward, changes can be made to accommodate those I have working with me, etc.
